starting the year off

Well it has been a busy month, we are still renovating (2 years & counting) but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. We have to get a move on as our permit expires in March!!
I have been working on many things, as always I seem to have a million projects on the go.
I started the year off with a new knitting project, Silver Song by Alison Brookbanks, it is a gorgeous pattern, I am about 3/4 the way through now. I am knitting with Lang Bambini yarn in a pink/orange/yellow combo, which I love!

Also on my must do list is to start making & selling kids clothes, it is something I have longed to do but always seem to run out of time. I am going ok so far, I have sewn 2 dress, cut out 7, also cut out 2 pants & 2 pj's. Now to find the time to sew!
I do hope that throughout this year I can finish all the little projects I have started, I am taking it one at a time. It is a rather long list!
I did sneak in a new project, these cute arm warmers, I made them from the arms of an old jumper, the fabric & colours were too nice to just throw them away, so I added a little cuteness & pretties.

My baby girl is growing bigger & bigger, she will be 2 in less than 2 months, where has the time gone?
